About This Programme
The Preservation Rhinoplasty Masters Program 2025 is the third edition of the Bringing You The Masters symposium, an advanced surgical programme built around modern preservation rhinoplasty: dorsal preservation, cadaveric anatomy, and operative refinement in aesthetic nasal surgery.
Across three days it combines expert lectures, surgical demonstrations and cadaver lab prosections. The through-line is a preservation-based philosophy: achieving functional and aesthetic results while disrupting as little of the existing structure as possible. Rather than one surgeon’s method, you get the same problems addressed by a faculty who approach them differently, which is where most of the value sits.

Detailed nasal anatomy for preservation rhinoplasty, dorsal preservation technique and structural management, high-strip and low-strip methods, radix management and dorsal contour optimisation, and safe osteotomy and bone-cutting strategy.
TIP SURGERY & ADVANCED TECHNIQUE
Tip surgery and closed polygon tip-plasty, fusion sling technique and advanced tip suturing, piezotome technology, push-down and let-down procedures, and the pitfalls that most often produce complications.
Nasal framework and septal structures, tip support mechanisms, bone anatomy and osteotomy landmarks, demonstrated through expert-led prosections.
Banana osteotomies, push-down and let-down technique, radix management, and preservation of the dorsal aesthetic lines.
