About This Course
This masterclass pairs an anatomist with an injector. Prof. Sebastian Cotofana, a facial anatomy researcher with more than 300 publications, teaches the anatomy of each region, and Dr. Rami Haidar, a maxillofacial surgeon and creator of the 3PF injection technique, translates it into injection planning and technique.
The course runs in three modules from the top of the face to the bottom: upper face, midface and lower face. For each zone it covers tissue layers, vascular anatomy, fat compartments, ligaments and nerves, then the matching injection strategy: technique selection, plane selection, product choice and how to work around high-risk areas.
It is designed for physicians, dentists and nurses who want an anatomy-led approach to botulinum toxin and dermal filler treatment.

Facial anatomy researcher in aesthetic medicine with more than 300 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters. Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at Vanderbilt University, developer of the Cotofana Dissection Method, and author of the work describing the 24 lip compartments and the Line of Convergence. Honorary professor at Queen Mary University London and Pirogov University Moscow, with doctorates in medical sciences (Munich) and anatomy (Salzburg).

UK-trained oral and maxillofacial surgeon based in Dubai and creator of the 3PF injection technique. Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, adjunct faculty in aesthetic medicine at the University of Sharjah, faculty member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, and an international conference speaker and trainer.
Anatomy as the Basis of Safe Practice
